      <image:caption>Role: Designer Client: African Wildlife Fund The campaign was launched in the summer where general giving rates were down, so the best time to engage audience is in the July-August months. We focused on the Canines for Conservation program. The concept is to engage the donor in their sniffer dogs program by designing content and info of these dogs in a top secret feel. Through a memorable hashtag (#BlackRhinoFriday), powerful, stark images of this majestic creature, a yearly match opportunity, and persuasive copy, we’ve created a lasting strategy for African Wildlife Foundation, giving their donors a chance to enjoy a “different kind of saving” — and save the rhino.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Most recently, I was a senior UX designer at JP Morgan Chase, I designed applications for internal users like bankers, analysts and advisors. Role: Senior UX Designer Timeline: August 2022–December 2023 Team: Product Manager, Developers, Design Team Lead, User Researcher, and Content Creatives. Tools: Figma, and Jira My takeaways: Ready to Learn: JP Morgan Chase is one of the largest banks in the world, due to the nature and size of the business, we were always learning new things. This ever-changing environment allowed me to learn about new parts of the business, the operations, use cases, and roles of the end user and the challenges they face. Flexible Communication: The design team at JPMC was made of of smaller teams, dedicated to different branches, products, and cases across the world. We acted as different agencies and I had to be proactive and adaptable in finding different ways of working. There were bankers that never spoke to design teams before to working with product managers who were well versed in their product but we were coming in the project with an initial research done and solution laid out. Courageous At times, parts of the team weren’t able to see eye to eye, so this experience at Chase taught me to speak out, make suggestions on projects, ask for missing details, or escalate to team leads if there were any blockers. Most importantly, I wanted to advocate for users, so I active in including them in conversations when possible.</image:caption>
